Summary:ICT is now widely adopted within the education system in Malaysia. As such, teachers are now required to integrate ICT into their teaching and learning practices. The integration of ICT requires organizational change and adequate supports from schools to create an ICT culture. However, underutilization of ICT elicits the issue of the lack of ICT management readiness in schools. This paper aims to analyze the possible factors of ICT management readiness. A number of relevant studies have been discussed in this paper. A few propositions and a theoretical framework for ICT management readiness are recommended for the attention of school principals.
