Optimization of conducting polymer thin film optical and electrical waveguides

The fabrication and characterization of conducting polymer thin film optical and electrical waveguides prepared by vacuum deposited method is reported. The waveguiding parameters (refractive index, propagation loss, V-I and C-V characteristics) have been measured.
