Workplace English An Analysis Of The Communication Needs Of Goverment Personnel In Melaka

This paper is an exploratory study of the use of English by the goverment personnel in Melaka. It attempts to examine the communication needs of the personnel inthe workplace by shedding light on their perceptions of needs, wants and lacks.
