The review also includes the study of physical properties of these films which were derived using the characterization techniques such as field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Energy dispersive X-ray analysis, atomic force microscopy, UV-VIsible spectrophotometer and Raman spectroscopy. |
