Suhaimi and Dolhadi offered scholarly post normal way of ta’awun (mutual collaboration) with high intensity in spirituality for social enterprises that are expected to provide spiritual driven solutions for challenges that created uncertainty, chaos and contradiction. Rohaziah postulated ulū al-albāb approach of managing strategies and organisational learning in post normal times.
More importantly, post normal times require more accountability and responsibility in all economic and social sectors. While facing the post normal situations, the normal attitude still stickily embedded in the systems and behaviour. |
