| description | The study explains the concept of personification via multimedia, and knowledge of its legal rule, as the research problem arises in the difference in the Islamic jurists in the original rule of embodiment. Some of them basically believe that personification is prohibited, and some of them hold to its permissibility with rules and conditions. The study followed the inductive method in collecting related and relevant studies and researches and analysis of the particulars; to reach a scientific rooting; by returning its various rulings to its legal principles. One of the most important results is that it is permissible to personify through multimedia with rules and conditions, and it is forbidden if its purpose is to worship and match God’s creation, and its ruling differs from the ruling of statue due to several differences.

Kajian ini menerangkan konsep pengimejan (tajsid) melalui multimediadan pengetahuan tentang peraturan hukum syarak, yang mana masalah kajian timbul pada perbezaan pandangan fuqaha dalam hukum asal tajsid. Ada di antara mereka berpegang bahawa tajsid adalah haram, dan sebahagian dari mereka melihat kebolehlaksanaannya dengan mematuhi syarat-syarat tertentu. Kajian ini mengikuti pendekatan induktif dalam mengumpulkan kajian dan penyelidikan yang berkaitan dan menganalisis juz’iyyat; untuk melakukan perakaran ilmiah; dengan merujukkan pelbagai hukum syaraknya kepada sumber syarak. Salah satu hasil kajian yang palingpenting adalah tajsid diperbolehkan untuk dilaksanakan melalui multimedia dengan syarat dan peraturan tertentu, dan dilarang jika tujuannya adalah untuk menyembah dan menyamai ciptaan Tuhan, dan hukumnya berbeza dengan ukiran patung karana terdapat beberapa perbezaan. |
