يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر النوعية المؤسساتية في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في 13 بلدًا من بلدان الوطن العربي في الفترة 1995-2012، وذلك باستخدام تحليل بيانات البانل الذي يوضح نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة؛ حيث نلفي لمؤشرات الحوكمة الستة أثرًا إيجابيًا في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر؛ ما يتفق مع الحق...
