يدرس هذا البحث موضوع أخذ الأجرة على الشهادة في الفقه، وذلك لما فيه من اختلافٍ بين الفقهاء في جوازه وعدمه بناءً على احتمال الكذب في الشاهد. ولما كانت الشهادة نصبها الشرع مقام الدليل على الحق إزاء التقاضي فإنها لا تكون إلا راجحةً لجانب الصدق على جانب الكذب. وتأتي إشكالية البحث في حالة أخذ الشاهد الأجر...
