التأجير التمويلي اللاحق موازنة بين جملة الأداءات العقدية
يهدف هذا البحث إلى ضبط الإطار العام لمعاملة التأجير التمويلي اللاحق، وهي معاملة مركبة من عقد بيع يتلوه عقد تأجير مع تخيير البائع في عودة العين إليه بعقد بيع ثالث عند انتهاء العقد. فيقوم البائع ببيع عين لبنك في العقد الأول، ثم يستأجرها منه تأجيرا تمويليا في عقد ثان، وتهدف في مجموعها إلى إعادة استئجار...
