This paper aims at reviewing the structures and instruments applied by Islamic Financial Institutions in Malaysia from Shariah Compliance perspectives. The instruments include tawarruk, inah, and ujrah. The method used is descriptive and positive analytical criticism which aims at improving the existing structure.
