Description
Summary:Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) pose significant environmental and human health risks as they are emitted from various industrial activities. Adsorption of VOCs by biochar is a highly effective technique due to its simplicity, cost-efficiency, and flexibility. However, the presence of water molecules poses a major challenge in achieving efficient biochar adsorption performance under humid conditions. Therefore, this study aims to develop an effective hydrophobic modified honeycomb-like tubular biochar (HT-B) that exhibits high adsorption capacity under humid conditions.
