| Summary: | Since 2007, government entities in Abu Dhabi adopted several CSR initiatives. Mixed mode is used to investigate how the employees' performance is affected by such initiatives. Interviews were followed by questionnaires targeting employees and their supervisors. PLS-SEM is used to test the theoretical model where culture acts as a moderator. The research hypothesis confirmed the impact of good CSR on the employees’ performance. Recommendations are provided for better CSR practices to ADG entities. |
