Description
Summary:Digital technologies have fostered significant social and economic transformation initiatives. The complexity of these initiatives contributes to their high rate of failure. This study introduces a socio-technical transformation framework in which four components: leadership and management; culture; process; and technology interact to help organisations change when incorporating digital technologies. The framework reduces the complexity of digital transformation efforts and aims to increase the success of such initiatives.
