| Summary: | First, this research explored the published methods used to prescribe exercise in adults hospitalised with a respiratory condition. The results highlighted disparities and poor reporting of prescription and titration of exercise in this population. Second, this research explored practice patterns and physical activity levels in adults hospitalised with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). The data show that this population accumulate low levels of walking-based activity and novel relationships were identified between frailty and health outcomes. |
