However, organisational psychology has not embraced OSPs to the same extent as other disciplines; providing opportunities for us to establish innovative solutions to our unique challenges, bottom-up.
This workshop will bring you up to speed on OSP, covering the fundamental concepts, tools and procedures (e.g., pre-registration, registered reports [Christoph Schild], sharing and reproducibility, and open source); and provide opportunities to discuss the unique challenges faced by OSP in IO psychology. I will be seeking interest and feedback on a strategy for open science at FOWI. |
