Description
Summary:Australia is a beneficiary of the current regional BeiDou configuration, as enough satellites are available for Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT). The present contribution is Part II out of two parts that consider first combined BeiDou + GPS results in Australia. In Part I we analysed the code-only single-receiver and relative point positioning performance. In this Part II we will evaluate the single- and multiple-frequency single-baseline RTK model. The performance is evaluated by ambiguity success-rates and by comparing the estimated positions to very precise benchmark coordinates. It will be shown that the increased strength of the combined model allows for improved ambiguity resolution performance and positioning robustness over the BeiDou- and GPS-only solutions.
