In both cases, it is imperative for the agent who is either considering its past interaction history, or who is communicating a recommendation about another agent, to know the accurate level of failure in interacting with the other agent. To achieve this, in this paper we propose a methodology by which the initiating agent of the interaction ascertains the level of failure in the interaction, after interacting with an agent. |
