Description
Summary:A solar photovoltaic plant model has been developed for the comparison of annual energy output of different plants. The solar plant model has been designed to only require climate data commonly available in rural Australia and includes consideration of nonlinear efficiencies within solar photovoltaic systems. The comparative annual energy output of different photovoltaic technologies was identified and the effects of nonlinear efficiencies were examined.
