| Summary: | Rapid change in universities’ environment resulted in a greater need for business intelligence (BI) to aid strategic decision making. Using extended UTAUT model this study examined how Australian Universities, through the implementation of BI Systems, enhanced the quality of the strategic decisions made. It was found that senior-managers are more reliant on their knowledge and skills and a structured decision-making process, than BI systems. Although BI system use was also found to significantly positively contribute. |
