Limonium failachicum (Plumbaginaceae) ― new and so far the only endemic plant from Kuwait

Limonium failachicum, a new diploid (2n=18) species of Plumbaginaceae, is described from Arabia. The species is taxonomically related to L. iranicum and L. carnosum.
