This paperpresents the concept of Selective Broadcast which wasoriginally defined as the delivery of a packet to aspecified subset of possible destinations [22], but in thispaper refers to the distribution of information tospecified members of a communication group. It ispotentially one of the most significant requirements oftechnological support for groups engaged in the premeetingstage of strategy formulation in Indonesia.Indonesian culture has relatively high power distance,low individualism, and weak uncertainty avoidance [12,13], and high context [10, 11].
