| Summary: | Many factors contribute to delay in building work and often such variables are location specific; socio-political flux and knock-on economic regional (re)development issues necessitate construction professionals involved in the estimating process to seek location-specific risk reviews in order to mitigate the potential for construction project-time blow-outs. This research builds upon an identification and analyses of region-specific risk factors to advise region-specific variables on the time-estimates and timing of civil engineering and construction projects. |
