description The benefits of Service Oriented Architectures (SOAs) start to be recognized and implemented across distributed enterprise businesses. As SOAs promise to accomplish more dynamic and collaborative e-business scenarios, we need to ensure that critical factors such as trust, credibility and quality of service (QoS) are consistently and efficiently measured in such unsupervised environments. We propose a fuzzy logic-based model for the review of service fulfilment after a business interaction and demonstrate its functionalities in an exemplary application. The outcome of our model can then be used to adjust credibility records of third party agents which delivered opinions, to update trustworthiness values in the business partner, or to communicate the trustworthiness of the business partner to interested peer agents.
