| Summary: | Through reflection from interviews, relevant literature and the author’s personal experience, this research develops frameworks that assist in understanding the complex nature of community development practice. Successful community development practitioners are interviewed using experiential learning methodology, to investigate what they call good practice whilst simultaneously endeavouring to improve their practice.
