description This study investigated the effects of exercise training in individuals with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Improvements in exercise capacity occurred following a supervised, outpatient exercise training program. Importantly, this study demonstrated that these benefits were maintained with an unsupervised home exercise program. Further, this study validated a quality of life measure, the Cambridge Pulmonary Hypertension Outcome Review, which has been shown to be valid and reliable in an Australian and New Zealand PAH population.
