description One characteristic of multi-site project organizations is that people in the organizations are geographically dispersed and from different cultural background, which challenges the senior management to successfully complete the task of project management. Here we introduce the theory of CCCI Metrics in order to solve the issue. By means of ontology technology, we propose an ontology-based system which is to help the senior management to realize the function of automated project management in multi-site project organization.
