Description
Summary:More and more organisations are recognising that translating corporate strategies into actions requires projects. Consequently, it is vital that projects are successful. Critical success factors are important influences that contribute to project success. A synthesis of the responses discerned fifteen critical success factors, of which two were predominant - project understanding and competent project team.
