Description
Summary:This study compared the impact of Organisational Culture with the impact of Organisational Readiness for Change on Organisational Change Success. Respondents to this study were from local government offices in Australia (n=231 ). Data collected were used to answer four research questions, which showed that Culture and Readiness for Change are mutually supportive.
