The research aims to assess the level of teachers' involvement in HIP, evaluate their motivation in implementing the programme, identify the relationship between teachers' involvement and their motivation, and determine the influence of HIP implementation on teacher motivation. Despite HIP's widespread implementation, limited research has explored its impact on teacher motivation, which is crucial for the programme's success. A quantitative research design was employed, involving 360 primary school teachers selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measuring key constructs, including teacher involvement, HIP implementation strategies, support and resources, and dimensions of teacher motivation such as intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to assess teacher involvement and motivation levels, while Pearson correlation analysis examined the relationships between variables. Additionally, multiple regression analysis was conducted to determine the extent to which HIP implementation influences teacher motivation. The findings revealed that teachers demonstrated a moderate to high level of involvement in HIP and a moderate level of motivation, with intrinsic motivation being the highest. A strong, positive, and significant relationship was found between teacher involvement and motivation, with leadership support and resource availability playing crucial roles. The study identified that strategic HIP implementation, supported by strong leadership and adequate resources, significantly enhances teacher motivation. These findings emphasize the importance of effective HIP implementation, adequate support and resources, active teacher involvement, and strong leadership support in enhancing and sustaining teacher motivation in primary schools. This study contributes to the understanding of how educational programmes like HIP impact teacher engagement and motivation, offering valuable insights for educational leadership, policy development, and future research on Highly Immersive Programme (HIP). uuid:4415A73D-AB5F-4176-B8F0-BE26FB7116A9 THE INFLUENCE OF THE HIGHLY IMMERSIVE PROGRAMME ON TEACHER MOTIVATION IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS (MASTER_2025).pdf Ezza Hairani Zainuddin Teachers—Job satisfaction
