Employing a quantitative approach, the research examined the relationships between work environment, job satisfaction, leadership, and organizational culture as independent variables, and employee motivation as the dependent variable. Data were systematically collected from a sample of 174 employees through structured surveys, distributed via a convenience sampling method within the company and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0. The key findings revealed that work environment, leadership, and organizational culture significantly and positively impacted employee motivation. Specifically, employees reported higher motivation when perceiving a favorable work environment, effective leadership, and a positive organizational culture. Conversely, while job satisfaction demonstrated a general positive association with motivation, it did not emerge as a statistically significant unique predictor in the presence of the other factors within the regression model. One key implication of this research is that Ketengah Jaya Sdn Bhd should strategically focus on enhancing its work environment, leadership practices, and organizational culture to directly boost employee motivation. Another predicted implication is that while job satisfaction remains important for overall employee well-being, its influence on motivation appears to be more intertwined with, or potentially mediated by, these other three core organizational elements.
