Online purchasing and online payment through various modes include enhanced technology available in the market that delivers financial services from a range of providers to a particular group of recipients. Example include the use of digital transactions such as e-money, mobile money, card payments, and electronic fund transfers. The issue is timely during the post-covid era, where we can see an upsurge in the digital financial usage The question is whether the trend reaches all states in Malaysia, including Terengganu. Accordingly, this research examines the level of digital financial literacy amongst entrepreneurs in small and medium enterprises in Terengganu. Specifically, it assesses the level of both Digital Financial Literacy and Digital Finance Usage amongst these entrepreneurs. Data were obtained from a questionnaire survey to 135 directors of SMEs in Terengganu. The participants were approached through WhatsApp application groups, and they participated by answering 15 questions posted in the google form. The research findings, which are presented in descriptive analysis, show that the digital financial literay and digital finance usage plays a crucial role in managing business transactions of a company. A total of 91.1% of the respondents agreed that digital finance is essential in the business, but only 58.08% applied digital financial literacy in their businesses. The study concluded that although more than 50% of the entrepreneurs in Terengganu are aware of the importance of digital financial literacy in a business, the level of knowledge is average because 41.92% of them did not implement digital finance usage in their business. The study recommended that the application of digital financial literacy amongst entrepreneurs of SME in Terengganu requires interference and assistance from institutional groups such as government and other stakeholders.
