The interest is due to the impact of performance on the good health and survival of the organisation. Excellent performance is directly linked to the proficiency of the management in making rational utilisation of the organisation’s resources, and organisational performance adds to national economic growth. Achievement of excellent organisation performance involves huge modification and changes in production procedures. The industrial sector in Ma’an, Jordan, faces enormous difficulties despite its potential in being an appealing goal for industrial investment with a diversity of motivations that could make it a leader in the economic growth of Jordan. Ma’an also has a restrictive investment condition that qualifies it as being a dynamic city in supporting the national economy. Therefore, the objectives of this study were to determine the effect of Just-in-Time (JIT) supply system, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Total Quality Management (TQM) on industrial companies’ performance in Ma’an, Jordan. This study used a quantitative method where a set of questionnaires was developed for collecting the data. The target population of this study were the 938 top-level managers, middle-level managers, and lower-level managers in four industrial companies in Ma’an, Jordan. The data were randomly collected from 414 top-level managers, middle-level managers, and lower-level managers through self-administered questionnaires. The study analysed the data by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics) and SmartPLS 3 software to conduct Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Before doing the SEM, the process involved the validation of the measurement model through Composite Reliability (CR), Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Convergent Validity, Indicators Reliability, and Discriminant Validity. The result of the CR, Cronbach Alpha, and AVE of the constructs were all above 0.5. The results of the Heterotrait-Monotrait Ratio (HTMT) revealed that the threshold values of all the constructs were less than 1, which indicated the exact correlation between all the constructs. The convergent validity was achieved through CR, Cronbach’s Alpha, and AVE of JIT, TPM, TQM, and organisational Performance (OP). The discriminant validity was also achieved since the measurement model was free from redundant items. Moreover, the results of the structural equations revealed that JIT, TPM, and TQM had a significant and positive influence on the organisational performance of companies in Ma’an, Jordan. The results showed that a 1% increase in JIT, TPM, and TQM would lead to a 15.8%, 65.2%, and 19.5% increase in the organisational performance of companies’ in Ma’an, Jordan, respectively. The management of the organisational companies in Ma’an, Jordan should take into account the possible effects of contextual factors on performance, especially the type of strategic quality management being used which could distinguish between high and low performance. Strategic quality management relating to these products may be more challenging to manage, but the implementation of compatible practices could help to improve performance regardless of the process type being used. In addition, it was recommended that the suppliers and managers of the industrial companies in Ma’an, Jordan should regard the practical implications of the JIT, TPM, and TQM, which may be fundamental elements in increasing the Jordanian economic growth and improve the quality of the products.
