Few studies have investigated transformational leadership components on employees' satisfaction, especially in museum organization. Therefore, the present study intends to examine transformational leadership components (Charisma, Individual consideration, Intellectual stimulation) on Terengganu State Museum's employee satisfaction. The researcher uses a self-administered questionnaire to collect data from a randomly chosen sample of 117 museums employee—the pilot study data subject to Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and reliability analysis. In testing the hypothesis, the field study data analyzing using multiple regression analysis in IBM SPSS AMOS 21. The research found that all of the transformational leadership components, charisma, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation, are positive and significant in influencing employee job satisfaction in Terengganu State Museum.
