In view of these results, the study recommended an overhaul of the educational curriculum to absorb more entrepreneurship-driven courses. Religious leaders should be more actively involved in the development of an entrepreneurial development framework to allow them to have a say and partake in the propagation of entrepreneurship and self-employment. Traditional rulers (Emirate Council or Sultanate Council), which are the root and main source of societal norms and values from where families adopt, should also be involved in the development of the framework and campaign for entrepreneurship to make families see more reasons to embrace and encourage entrepreneurship.
