It is important to identify the determinants that causing the job stress so that it will not worsening thus can be avoided. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to investigate the determinant that affecting job stress among the Terengganu State Secretary Office civil servants. Consequently, this study has integrated The Job Demand-Control-Support Model to map and position the possible relationships between the variables in the research framework. The research method was quantitative using a survey instrument of 230 civil servants of Terengganu State Secretary Office using stratified random sampling method. The completed questionnaires were collected and analysed using Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) Software Version 25. A descriptive statistic, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to analyse the relationship between the related variables in the study. The final result has revealed that job demand, job control and job support were significantly correlated with the job stress. The study also found that the civil servants in Terengganu State Secretary Office had moderate job stress level.
