Settlement Officer is placed in main land officer and every district to ensure the management and progress of land matters are running smoothly and successfully. This position will be granted them to act and make decision on important matters for development of the state of Terengganu Hence, this is important for the Settlement Officer uphold the values and integrity to keep the public confidence and gain public trust. Therefore, this study was conducted to look at the integrity of Settlement Officer in Terengganu. Also, this study determined the effect of religion, value system, belief system, strength moral character, cognitive moral development and ethical sensitivity on integrity. The study involved 104 respondents from Settlement Officer in Terengganu. The quantitative approach uses a simple random sampling method to obtain a sample of the population. The questionnaire set was distributed through online as the primary data for the data collection process. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software was used to analyze the data collected. Factor analysis, reliability, normality test, descriptive statistics analysis, Correlation, and Regression were used for this study. The findings of the study found that the level of integrity of Settlement Officer was high. At the same time, the results of the Correlation analysis show that there is a positive relationship between religion, value system, belief system, strength moral character, cognitive moral development and ethical sensitivity towards high integrity. The results of this study can contribute significantly to improving the level of competence among them.
