It also plays an important role in school teachers in Kelantan because they have stable income and most of them are Muslims. They can be role models that can influence the young generations to equip financial knowledge and skills in Islamic personal financial management to avoid financial distress and bankruptcy. Without proper financial management, it will cause a lot of problems in handling financial aid. Thus, this study aims to determine the factors such as knowledge, attitude, and religiosity that may influence the Islamic personal financial management adoption among school teachers in Kelantan. The study is a quantitative research done based on samples gathered from school teachers in several schools in Kelantan, using a selfadministered questionnaire. Data were collected and the correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted to determine the influence of three variables towards Islamic personal financial management adoption among school teachers in Kelantan. The results show that the attitude and religiosity factors have positive influence on Islamic personal financial management adoption among school teachers. However, knowledge factor has no significance influence to the school teachers on Islamic personal financial management adoption. This study also helps organisations in financial planning such as AKPK and MFPC to sets the preparation for the future research and signals for the financial education programme at the school and university levels at any course to help individuals in their Islamic personal financial management adoption.
