The sample was 69 employees using a random sampling technique for the entire population. However, there are 49 respondents returned a set of questionnaires to the researcher. Research data collection is done by using the research instrument in the form of a survey with a Likert scale. There is a nine Likert scale that is from strongly dissatisfied to satisfy strongly. The research method was a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, analysis of research data using descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics. Research results showed that there are significant positive effects between workload, supervision, recognition, teamwork, and working condition with job satisfaction of employees in Dungun District Office. Hopefully, this study will help the department head in making decisions on employee issues to improve the quality of service and, at the same time, promote the organization's excellence.
