To do this, the government provided a basis for owning their own home for low-and medium-income classes. The strategy is focused on the privatization of housing policies implemented by a state agencies as a land owner and private entity as a developer..Through this policy, developers are expected to build affordable homes and potential buyers need to obtain approval from Housing Division,Terengganu State Secretary Office.Privatization with LTAWNT has found that there are affordable of housing that developers have completed successfully but have yet to market. This research aimed to establish the factors that contributed to the unsold unit's . The outcome of the interview was that the list of purchaser names supplied by Housing Division,Terengganu State Secretary Office was not bankable for financial institution financing. This is because the number of applicants issued does not surpass the terms of the financing conditions of the bank. Based on these results, the study indicates that the state government should provide a method of self-financing as a means of facilities that could be given to eligible homeowners who are not eligible for bank loans. The findings of this study can hopefully be used as a guideline for future studies. Dissertations, Academic Thesis
