The organizational success of the telecommunication industry is anchored on the attitudes of the workforce, well coordination of work among team members and efficient utilization of the available resources so as to create competitive advantage. The report by telecommunication companies clearly showed that only Orange has managed to solve the customers‘ complaints on an average of 72.7% as compared to Zain of 42.16% and Umniah of 37.93% from 2017 to 2018. Hence, the disability to fully solve the customers‘ complaints could have a detrimental impact on the organizational success of these telecommunication companies. The customers‘ complaints indicated the lack of employees‘ knowledge, skills, competences that will hinder the organizational success. Furthermore, knowledgebased services are widely complicated, inadequately regulated, and interrelated. There is no availability of resources, links and features to be made accessible to enhance the social ability in interacting within organizational contexts. Due to these challenges, this study aims to examine the influence of human capital, social capital and organizational capital on organizational success in these telecommunication companies with human resources management (HRM) and human resource information system (HRIS) acting as mediator and moderator factors respectively. This study employed a cross-sectional quantitative research design with 600 middle level managers in these telecommunication companies being the target population. Stratified sampling was applied in selecting the respondents with 257 selfadministration structured questionnaire were distributed after conducting pre-test and pilot test. After undertaking data cleaning and normality testing, 192 questionnaires were fit for analysis with 74.0% response rate. Statistical Package for Social Science Program (SPSS) software version 25 and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in IBM SPSS-AMOS version 21 was used for the statistical analysis of the data. The findings of this study supported seven out of nine hypotheses. The significant influences were evident in the relationships of human capital, organizational capital and HRM with organizational success as well as the relationships of human capital and social capital with HRM. The findings further revealed that HRM has the ability to mediate the relationships between human capital and social capital on organizational success. Social capital failed to exert impact on organizational success and HRIS also failed to be the moderator between HRM and organizational success. The model further showed that 78.3% variance in organizational success were being explained by human capital, social capital, organizational capital, HRM and HRIS factors in Jordanian telecommunication companies. These findings can be used by the policy makers and the management team of these telecommunication companies to focus on the attributes of human capital, social capital, organizational capital, HRM and HRIS to improve organizational success. Hence, by focusing on these interrelationships, customers‘ complaints could be reduced and competitive advantage could be achieved as employees are the vital source in achieving organizational success. Future research should expand to other important service organizations so as to improve and increase the ability to generalize these research findings.
