This effort is done through management of occupational safety and health in such Jordanian companies. Failing to take actors may lead to the emergence of a lot of violations of the rules of occupational health and safety in these companies. The absence of their application, may lead to the occurrence of accidents and injuries at work.The aim of this study is to identify the impact of applying occupational safety and health systems on employees’ performance, It identified the commitment of the top management in applying these systems in companies, in underlining the role of training and awareness of employees regarding occupational safety and health procedures and safe methods of performing work and increasing their productivity, It also identified the reality experienced by companies in Jordan in terms of its commitment to the structuring a special system in management of occupational safety and health. The study adopted two methods of scientific research methods, analytical descriptive approach and field research methodology, the descriptive statistical analysis of the data (arithmetic averages, standard deviations, percentages, repetitions) was used for all dimensions of the study, Data were obtained through questionnaires and then collected and examined the statistical analysis program SPSS 21. While the sample size was 033 employees, therefore this field study on the Jordan Sweden Medical & Sterilization Co in Jordan has been made. The results showed that the implementation of occupational safety and health systems directly affects the level of performance of employees, in addition to a strong correlation relationship between them, so that whenever the availability of occupational safety and health systems have a positive impact on the level of performance of employees and vice versa from the point of view of employees in the company, where the results showed that the dimensions of the study (job satisfaction, senior management commitment to provide occupational safety and health systems, employee training, accidents and work injuries, spatial and physical conditions) as the dimensions of the independent variable. The application of occupational safety and health systems explains 70% of the variance in the performance of workers from the perspective of employees in the company. The results of this study revealed the conditions and instructions that are suitable in providing better work environment for the employees, which can contribute to reducing pressures and on the staff to the lowest level. And achieve psychological satisfaction for the employees to increase performance and productivity. Factors that can increase productivity include occupational safety and health management systems. Organizations should give much attention to work-related risks and accidents to improve the performance of their employees through the application of occupational safety and health systems to obtain global standard. This might be the beginning of further studies in the area of occupational safety and health system. It can improve these systems in companies through the findings of study recommendations that would help and improve the performance of employees, such as intensifying training courses for employees, establishing a specialized department for occupational safety and health and providing specialized supervisors to follow the occupational safety and health procedures within the company, adopting occupational safety and health regulations and regulations within international and local standards.
