Thus, this study aims to examine the levels of knowledge and the application of PAV pedagogy, a teacher assesses the difference between levels of teachers’ knowledge and the application of PAV pedagogy based on demographic factors, as well as assessing the relationship between knowledge and application of PAV pedagogy among teachers in EFC teaching of PAV program. Methodology: This quantitative study using the questionnaire as an instrument involving 66 EFC teachers from 79 secondary schools across the country supported by the interviews involving 7 teachers from 7 various schools. Finding: This study found that the levels of knowledge and application of pedadagogy among teachers as whole are moderate and also a moderate distinction between knowledge and pedagogical applications based on the experience of teaching and teacher education program. The study also found that there was also significant positive moderate strong relationship (r = 0.693) among knowledge and application of PAV pedagogy among teachers in teaching EFC of PAV program. Conclusion: The moderate levels in both knowledge and application of pedagogy among teachers suggest some additional values required by the teachers to enhance the effectiveness in teaching EFC in the selected school which offer the PAV program.
