In a marriage, it may lead to a divorce. This study intends to explore, explain and elaborate the effective communication methods from The al-Ghazali school of thoughts. To achieve this, the writer gathered a multitude of texts, articles and journals regarting familial communication written by renowned Islamic scholars, mainly the Afat al-Lisan by alGhazali. It was documented that there are five main communication method of skills; Limited Speech, Smart Lisan, Fun of Lisan, Trusted Conversation and Alertness in Q&A. 3 2 50-57
