The sample consisted of 72 faculty members from four Education College's in Jordan. They completed a 31 -item questionnaire covering five dimensions of TQM and five dimensions of KM and one dimension of Organizational Performance. This study provides some insights in the resource-based view. It reveals that the resources in an organization may be hierarchical. KM may be one-step closer to organizational performance in the paths leading from TQM to organizational performance. This study contributes to the understanding of the relationship between TQM, KM and organizational performance. 7 3 17-29
