Province. Jinhan was one of the

(or "Three Hans"), along with
Byeonhan
and
Mahan
. Apparently descending from the
Jin state
of southern Korea, Jinhan was absorbed by the later
Silla
, one of the
Three Kingdoms of Korea
.
